HOT LUNCH/FSAC EVENTS

Welcome to a new school year!  Again this year will we be using hotlunches.net for ordering hot lunches, this system also provides

  • Email system – Newsletters & Reminders are sent direct to parents inbox
  • Event Calendar – View FSAC (Fultonvale School Advisory Council) events in one easy to find place. (Please note that the calendar may not have ALL school events posted; it is best to check the school website as well. This calendar is setup by FSAC who are parent volunteers.)
  • Volunteer – Sign up to help out with events
  • Classified Ads. – View and submit items in the classified section

SO EVEN IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ORDER HOT LUNCH, PLEASE REGISTER TO BE NOTIFIED OF UPCOMING EVENTS! AS PLEASE PLAN TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF PAPER WE USE, THERE MAY NOT BE FUTURE NOTICES OR FORMS SENT HOME….

 

Step 1

Please choose the REGISTER tab at www.fultonvale.hotlunches.net

School Access Code (case sensitive): FSAC

Complete your registration information; full instructions are available for viewing under the HELP tab, PARENTAL INSTRUCTION GUIDE

Step 2

Login and choose the ‘students’ button to register your child(ren)

Step 3

Choose ‘Manage Orders’ – fill out what your child(ren) wish to eat for each lunch date. Orders cannot be altered after payment has been made (PRESS ORDER BUTTON)

(Payment Options: Payments can be made in one lump sum payment by cash or cheque. Cheques must be made out to ‘Fultonvale School Advisory Council’ and be sent to class with your child on or before September 18, 2017. Please print a remittance copy of your orders to accompany your payment. If you are not able to print a remittance, you can print your username in the memo section of your cheque.
