ACTION

Scholastic Book Fair is Coming to Fultonvale!

Mark your calendars! The Spring Scholastic Book Fair will take place during parent-teacher interviews on Tuesday, March 18, and Wednesday, March 19 in the Learning Commons. This exciting event helps support literacy and brings the joy of reading to our students.

Class Preview Day – Monday, March 17

Before the fair officially opens, students will visit with their class to explore the books and create a wish list of their favorites. Keep an eye out for the sneak peek flyer coming home that day! Be sure to fill out the attached ballot for a special draw—one lucky student and their teacher will each win $25 in free books!

Shopping Days – March 18 & 19

Students will have a chance to shop during the school day, and families are invited to visit the fair from 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM on both days.

Support Your Child’s Classroom with a Book Donation!

Looking for a meaningful way to support your child’s class? Our Classroom Wish List program allows you to purchase and donate books directly to your child’s classroom in their name.

Volunteers Needed!

We’re looking for volunteers to help at the Book Fair. If you’re available to lend a hand on March 18 or 19, please reach out to Candace Sargeant at candace.sargeant@eips.ca.

Thank you for supporting literacy and for sharing the love of reading with your child. We look forward to seeing you at the Book Fair!

Happy Reading!

Junior High Option Forms & High School Registration

Junior High Option Forms were handed out to all Grade 6-8 students on Friday March, 14. The deadline to return signed forms is Thursday, March 20. Below are links to the forms should the ones students received went missing.

Grade 9 students will be meeting with their future high school teams: Bev Facey, Salisbury and Ardrossan, on Monday, March 17 for brief information sessions and to receive registration documents. The high school teams will return to Fultonvale on April 4 to input of course selections.

Yearbook Order Reminder

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to preserve your child’s memories from this school year! The 2024/2025 school yearbook is a special keepsake that captures all the unforgettable moments, achievements, and fun experiences your child shared with friends and teachers. It’s a wonderful way to look back on their growth and accomplishments. Go to your Parent Portal student Rycor account to purchase.  Yearbooks are $25.00 each.  Ensure your child’s place in this cherished tradition!
